Formation of Sino-foreign joint-venture in setting up Shengang Securities Company Limited, a financial institution incorporated in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone with a registered capital of RMB 3.5 billion. Capital contribution paid by JT Capital amounted RMB170 million, approximately 4.85% of total shareholding. Licensed by SFC to conduct Type 4 (Advising on Security) regulated activity.
